it is good to know that my daughter is not the only one who goes around half dressed in "winter weather" I guess they will learn one of these days...I hope :)

Very cute! And they are in tank tops for the same reason my daughter spent most of her second year in Pull-Ups, rain boots, Mardi-Gras beads and a tiara - you're a smart Mom who knows how to pick her battles. ;)
