5 degrees of freezing my butt off

It's 5 degrees outside (windchill 2), bubba-ump has been out of town all weekend, my house is a pit, and I can hear my 2 youngest wreaking havoc in my bedroom. (One redeeming thing..."Little Red Corvette" is playing on vh1classic)

So, how's YOUR Sunday going?

My sunday?

I had to get up early to give my sick rat (yes, I said Rat) her medicine.

Its cold. I have lost most feeling in my eteremities becaue of that.

I have to go to work in about 10 minutes to work a 7 hour shift at a pet store ALL BY MY SELF (which means trying to keep our hundred or so animals happy and keep customers happy all at the same time.

But other than that its a wonderful day. It really is.

Oh, I do feel for you--been there and done that. Two years ago we had a snowstorm that trapped me in the house with a 3 year old, an 8 year old, two cats and a newly healing broken foot for 5 DAYS, while my spouse was out on snow duty with the county. Not fun. It makes me almost glad to have had to go out in the cold and snow to be at work today! Hang in there!!
